Race Horses Traits
Check an effect and its odds only when the current game text or a reliable capture supports it.
The developer confirms random traits, ultra-rare “1-in-X” traits and shiny variants. No public official list supplies trait names, effects, roll odds or egg sources. The searchable ledger will show those details only after a dated game card or equally specific source supports them.
0 named traits in the catalog
The public game description does not publish a dependable trait list. We will add entries with a source and date when their names and values can be checked.
Effect first, rarity second
When a trait record is added, this page will show the exact effect text, its rarity label, and any confirmed egg source. A name alone is not enough to infer a multiplier.
Odds stay blank until shown
A badge’s award percentage describes players earning a badge, not a trait roll. We do not convert those percentages into trait odds.
How to read a horse’s trait
Use the text on the horse card as the starting point. A trait label tells you what the game calls it; it does not by itself state whether the effect changes earnings, XP, racing or another value. If the card gives an effect or multiplier, copy the exact wording and its unit. Keep the horse’s displayed rarity and shiny status in separate notes, since the public description mentions them separately from traits.
For a comparison, look at two current cards and identify which displayed value differs. Do not attribute the whole difference to a trait unless other visible factors, such as level, are accounted for. A screenshot can establish what one card shows; repeated captures or official text are needed before describing a rule that applies to all horses.
What “1-in-X” does and does not tell you
The official description uses that phrase to advertise rare traits. It does not supply the X value for any named trait, or say whether each egg has the same trait pool. A rarity badge’s award rate counts badge owners, while a trait roll chance would describe an individual attempt. Those measures have different denominators and cannot be substituted for one another.
Use your own displayed odds
1-in-X chance calculator
If your game shows an exact chance, this converts it into the chance of seeing at least one success over repeated independent attempts. It does not supply an unknown trait rate.
Enter a whole-number 1-in-X chance and attempt count to see a mathematical estimate.
Use a chance actually displayed by your current game. The calculation assumes independent attempts with unchanged odds; it does not establish a Race Horses trait or egg drop rate.
Evidence needed for a trait entry
- A current horse card showing the trait name and full effect text.
- The date of the capture and the game screen where it appeared.
- A separate source for any claimed roll odds or egg restriction. One successful hatch does not measure either.
- If reporting a multiplier, the value as printed in-game and the thing it multiplies.
A clear card can support a named record even when odds remain unknown. Send it through the corrections page so the claim and its evidence can be reviewed together.
Quick reference
Common questions
Are shiny horses a trait?
The official description mentions shiny variants and random traits separately. It does not state that shiny is a trait or assign a fixed trait effect to every shiny horse.
Can I use badge rarity to calculate trait odds?
No. A hatch badge records an achievement among players, not the probability of receiving a specific trait on a specific attempt.
Why is the trait table empty?
The official description establishes that traits exist but does not publish named effects. The current saved sources do not yet support a dependable name-and-effect row.
